Where is Guerrero or San Carlos? or even Piedras Negras? You will be looking for the Mexican Border Town to Eagle Pass of Piedras Negras. South of there is Guerrero. Then looking to the Mexican Border Town to Del Rio of Acuña, you will find south of there San Carlos.
